Nerdy Doctor reads the videos you have already published on a social account you name, and returns an analysis: a health score out of 100, an autopsy of your best and worst posts, and a set of briefs for what to film next. Every score is calculated against that account’s own median, not against other creators.

It is an analysis product, not a growth guarantee. We tell you what your own numbers say and what we would film next. Whether a video works when you post it depends on the video, the platform and the day.

• A handle is the whole intake. We read posts that are already public — the same ones any of your followers can see.
• We never ask for your password and we never post, comment, follow or message as you. We have no write access to any account of yours, ever.
• Connecting an account is optional and it only ever grants read access to your own private metrics — watch time, retention, saves. You can disconnect it at any time.
• You must have the right to ask. Send us your own account, or one you are authorised to act for. Do not use it to profile someone who has not asked for it.

Registration is currently by invitation while billing is being finished. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for anything done by someone you invite into your workspace.

Sessions are stored on our server rather than in a self-contained token, which means removing someone’s access takes effect on their next request rather than whenever a token happens to expire.

Prices and limits are on the pricing page, and that page is generated from the same entitlement definitions the server checks on every request — so what it advertises and what you are allowed to do cannot drift apart.

• Diagnosis — $197, paid once. One examination, one platform, one account. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
• Treatment Plan — $397 per month, with a 7-day trial that requires a card. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.
• Full Care — $797 per month.
• Clinic — $297 per seat per month, minimum 5 seats. Seats prorate when you add or remove them mid-cycle.

If you buy Diagnosis and later subscribe, the examination you already paid for counts as your first cycle. You do not repeat it and you do not pay for it twice.

You can cancel yourself, at any time, from the billing portal. No email, no retention call, no notice period. What happens next is fixed:

• At the end of the paid period the workspace goes read-only, not dark. Every report and every document you uploaded stays viewable and exportable for 60 days.
• Nothing is deleted silently, ever. If something is going to be removed, you are told first.
• If a payment fails you get a 14-day grace period with a notice in the app. Features stay on for the first 7 days; after that new reports pause, and everything you already have stays visible.
• If you downgrade below what you are using — five patients onto a plan that covers two — nothing is deleted. You choose which stay active and the rest go read-only until you move back up.
• You can ask us to delete everything and we will. See the Privacy Policy.

• Your diagnosis is yours. You can export it, print it, and use anything in it commercially without asking us.
• We never publish it. Your numbers, your hooks and your reports are not used as a case study, a screenshot, a testimonial or an example without your written permission — and “written” means you actually wrote it, not that you failed to opt out.
• The public site uses an invented creator for every sample and figure. That is enforced by an automated check that blocks a release if any real client fingerprint reaches a public page.
• The software, the scoring method and the report format stay ours. Do not resell the product itself or present it as your own, unless you are on Clinic, which exists precisely so agencies can put their own name on the reports.

• Nothing is estimated to fill a gap. If a source is missing we tell you it is missing. Metrics are never generated by a model, and a quoted hook is checked character by character against the post it came from.
• A thin catalogue gets an honest answer. A median needs roughly 20 published posts of the same format to mean anything. Below that we say the sample is too thin rather than printing a confident number on top of noise.
• Platform coverage changes. YouTube runs end to end today. Instagram and TikTok depend on collection providers, and when a collection fails we tell you it failed and when we will retry rather than serving you week-old numbers.

We would suspend or close an account for using the product to profile people who have not asked for it, for trying to break or overload the service, for reselling it as your own outside a Clinic plan, or for a chargeback. In every case you get a real reason, in writing, and your data follows the read-only rules in section 5 rather than disappearing.

If we change something that affects what you get or what you pay, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Carrying on using the product after that is how you accept the new version. If you would rather not, cancel — section 5 applies exactly as written.
