What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The workspace goes read-only at the end of the period. Every report and every Case File document stays viewable and exportable for 60 days. Nothing is deleted silently, ever.
I have five patients and I move to Treatment.
Nothing is deleted. You choose which two stay active; the other three go read-only and come straight back if you move up again.
Why a five-seat floor on Clinic?
Below five creators, Full Care costs you less for more per head — so we would rather tell you that here than sell you the wrong plan. Seats prorate when you add or remove them mid-cycle.
